This cluster of documents is my first attempt at what I consider a truer realization of hypertext than what is currently practiced in most examples of the form. The texts used in this experimental document come from my master's thesis, which I completed in January 1993.

Most of this cluster appeared in the "Intelligent Agent" section of HotWired from May 18 to June 1, 1995. Nonexclusive rights have since reverted to me, the author.

This is a work in progress. It will grow and change as I have time to add to it.

My master's thesis is titled "The User Interface for Public Cybermedia" (165 pp.). It was completed to fulfill requirements of the Graduate Program in Media Studies at The New School for Social Research in New York.
