"Classic L" windshield was very difficult to put on -- at first.
Then I realized that the Honda cable bracket
was upside down! Once I turned it around (so the loops go above the top
of the tree), it was easy to install the windshield mounting brackets.
If there had only been a diagram instead of just text instructions ...
